MPAC SPORTS CENTER COURT RENTAL POLICY

Thank you for considering the MPAC SPORTS Center for your court rental needs! We look forward to serving you. Please read the following information as it pertains to our court rental policies, rules, and regulations. By renting the Court, I agree to the following.

  • You will only be permitted on the court at your booked time.

  • Only allowed activity is Basketball.

  • Athletic, non-marking court shoes are required at all times.

  • Excessive hanging on the rim is not allowed.

  • No food allowed or alcoholic beverages or pets allowed on the property.

  • No smoking or vaping in or outside in the facility as well as parking.

  • Profanity, suggestive language, and aggressive or fighting behavior will not be tolerated.

  • NO access to other areas of the facility besides the rented court and the washroom, entry and exit point. Hoops to be adjusted only by Mpac employees.

  • The courts must be left clean and all garbage placed in the proper bin.

  • Rentals must leave court by ending time, failure to do so will result in pro-rated payment for extra time used.

  • One basketball is  included in the court rental fee. Be sure to return it to the admin.

  • There are no refunds on pre-booked court time.
     

I understand if any of the said rules are not followed. MPAC Sports Center will have full right to ask us to vacate the premises and terminate our rental hours without providing any credits or reimbursements.

I understand that iam liable for any and all damages resulting from that may occur during the use of the facility.

I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my guest, and I hereby fully and release and discharge  MPAC Sports Center, its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of said equipment and facilities.
